Dental surgery founded in 2006 has been providing high quality dental care to adults and children. We provide excellent NHS and Private dental care, so you have the ultimate flexibility and choice of the treatment plan that suits you at an affordable price.
In addition to general dentistry including root canal treatment, dentures, bridges, crowns and extractions, we provide more specialised treatment including cosmetic dentistry, facial astethetics, smile design and tooth saving procedures. We also have a dental hygienist as part of our team who can offer a thorough scale and polish.
Specialised treatment includes dental implants, root canal treatment, smile design, teeth straightening and anti-wrinkle therapy. Bo-tox and teeth whitening is available.
Our aim is to provide kind, caring and compassionate dentistry, we do this primarily by building a strong rapport and trust. We believe good communication is the cornerstone of good dentistry. Patient-centred care is essential for achieving patient goals and meeting a patients expectations.
We have a website and email for ease of communication, wheelchair access and parking is also available. 2 mins from the train station and 20 mins from London keeps our surgery busy and full of life.
We are proud to be an NHS dental surgery that can offer a variety of treatments in order to maintain the oral health of our local community and to that end we provide our smile shop which is fully stocked with oral heath care products from electric toothbrushes to interdental brushes and childrens toothpaste.

Dr Sheena A TannaDentist After graduating from Leeds University in 2009, Sheena was awarded her MFDS in 2011 and elected as a member of the Royal College of Surgeons in 2011. Sheena started her dentistry career in Blackpool, before returning to the South, to join a large 6-surgery mixed practice in Kent. It is here that she developed her dentistry skills and developed her interest in smile design & appearance. After 3 years in Kent, Sheena joined a boutique practice in the heart of London where she has excelled in general dentistry as well as deepened her clinical skills in Aesthetics and Cosmetic dentistry.

Dr Javaid AkhtarDentist Javaid graduated from King's College in London. Since graduation, he has been practising dentistry at several practices around Essex. Javaid joined Billericay Dental Care in 2014. He is committed to providing high quality NHS and Private dentistry. His particular areas of interest include cosmetic dentistry and smile design. In his spare time he enjoys keeping fit, and spending time with family and friends.

Mrs Bita GhanizadehDentist Bita qualified as a professional hygienist in 2012 and has been with Billericay Dental Care since that time. She values the direct patient contact as well as the dental practice environment. She believes in educating patients in dental care as well as overall oral hygiene. For her, the most rewarding part of the job is seeing her patients improve and making a difference to their oral healthcare as well as general well being.

Mr Darshan BoindalaSurgeon Darshan is a dentist with special interest in Dental Implants, Oral surgery and sedation. He has worked in various maxillofacial surgery units in London & the South East over 10 years and gained a medical degree in 2008 from the St Bartholomews & the London School of Medicine & Dentistry.
He has been providing Oral surgery and IV sedation services succesfully in our surgery since 2010. He is commited to professional development and has a Diploma in Dental Implantology from the Royal College of Surgeons. Additionally Darshan is a lecturer & examiner at the Royal College of Surgeons, training post-graduate students in MFDS and MJDF.
Darshan's (limited) spare time is taken up with travel and socialising with friends and family.

Mr Sean KhineDentist Sean graduated from Guy’s, King’s and St.Thomas’ Dental Institute, London in 2004. Since this time he has focused his interest in Endodontics and achieved a Masters with merit in 2014 in Endodontic Practice from Queen Mary, University of London.Sean has maintained a post at Queen Mary, University of London where he is a post graduate lecturer and is a member of the British Endodontic Society.
He performs Root Canal Treatment at Billericay Dental Care for the local community.
