Dental Studio Scotland offer a wide range of NHS and private treatments including family and cosmetic dentistry, facial rejuvenation teeth whitening and dental implants.
We also provide same day emergency appointments for registered and non-registered patients. We are a skilful team whose philosophy is to provide healthy attractive, natural smiles in a relaxed friendly and caring environment.

- Dr Sheraz ShafiqDentist
Dr Sheraz Shafiq graduated from Glasgow Dental Hospital in 2003. This was followed on by General Professional Training (GPT) as a Senior House Officer in Oral Surgery at Glasgow Dental Hospital where I developed superb surgical skills, and a Senior House Officer at Maxillo Facial Department in Southern General Hospital. I was also a Community Dentist for Lanarkshire where I underwent Sedation Training along with working with people who have special needs. I completed my membership exam in 2005 for Royal College of Surgeons of Glasgow. I then undertook a 2 year course in Restorative Dentistry at Royal College of Surgeons England. I have since gone on to complete The Ultimate Implant Year Course and have travelled to different countries to gain further knowledge in Implant Dentistry including an Advance Implant Course in South Africa and several Advanced Implant Aesthetic Courses in London to mention a few. I have worked and trained with a few of Scotland’s excellent Implantologists. I have become a member of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons Glasgow (RCPSG), Faculty of General Dental Practice (FGDP), British Dental Association (BDA) and Association of Dental Implantology UK (ADI). I have a special interest in Implants and Cosmetic Dentistry. I have also completed my Certification in CFAST and Fast Braces course allowing me to provide a 6 months smile technique to patient looking to straightening their teeth, quickly and efficiently with great results. With the great results many of my associates have completed this course and have completed many cases. I have recently been involved in the revolutionary DSD (Digital Smile Design), blending digital techniques with conventional smile designs. I undertook this training course in New York City, allowing me to design perfect smiles which are in harmony with the patient’s facial profile. I provide a warm, friendly welcome to all patients and work colleagues at the practice all of whom are impressed by the amazing results I achieve throughout.

My name is Dr Peter J Loughran, I graduated from Dundee Dental Hospital and School in 2012, which was then the Number 1 Dental School in the UK. I completed my Vocational Training in a busy Town Centre Practice in East Kilbride, there I was performing a full range of NHS Dental Treatments and learning from 2 Senior Dentists with 60 years’ experience between them who train students in Glasgow Dental School in Dentures and Braces. After vocational training I spent the next 2years between 2 large Practices in Glasgow and in Falkirk learning from a large number of very experienced Dentists and building a great knowledge of all aspects of the needs of patients from the routine to anxious patients, from full mouth reconstructions for those who have long avoided treatment to aesthetic crowns, bridges and veneers. Outside of the surgery I can be found enjoying the outdoors, at live music events or working towards my Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

My name is Dr Gorgon Meek. I am a Dentist at Croftfoot. I Qualified in Glasgow BDS 1972, Qualified FDS rcps (Glasgow) 1976. I also worked in GDH from 1972 until 1976 in specialist training. I have been based in General Dental Practice since 1976 and Owner until 2013. I have a keen interest in all aspects of Restorative Dental Care with special interests in Aesthetic Dental Care, Endodontic, Periodontal Therapy, Implants, Crown and Bridge Work and Intravenous Sedation for patients who are fearful of operative care. On a Monday I work alongside Sunita Lagoo (Dentist) at our sister practice Sinclair Drive and provide Intravenous Sedation. I enjoy this as I like to help anxious patients. Out with work I am a keen diver, water and snow skier and enjoy spending time on my boat, with family and socializing. I have a keen interest in classic car restoration.

I’m Chelsea Greenhill, I joined the team at Croftfoot towards the end of 2015 whilst studying at New College Lanarkshite. I am a Trainee Dental Nurse/Assistant and work full-time along-side Dr Fiona and occasionally do some Reception duties. I would describe myself as a bubbly, friendly character and always have a smile on my face for the staff and patients. I enjoy working within the practice and have gained a lot of experience so far! Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my friends and family and going to the gym.

I’m Dr Fiona Berrie, I am a Dentist at Croftfoot. I graduated from Glasgow Dental Hospital and School in 2009. I completed her vocational training in the small west coast village of Tarbert in Kintyre performing a full range of NHS dental treatments. After vocational training I did a further year of post graduation training in Fife where I did 6 months working in a busy Maxillo-facial department and 6 months in Community Dentistry. I then moved to Aberdeen to work in the Community sector where I gained a wide range of experience including dealing with anxious patient and patients with complex medical histories. I have a keen interest in treating anxious patients and helping them to get dental treatment done in the most comfortable way. I am trained to carry out inhalation Sedation and Intravenous sedation. As well as being a member of the BDA (British Dental Association), I am also a member of SAAD (Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry) Just over a year ago I returned to Glasgow and have since been working with Dental Studios Scotland where I have settled in well with the team and patients. I am keen to continue my post-graduation training and develop my skills and knowledge. Out with work I can be found enjoying the outdoors keeping active with my dog, I am also a keen photographer and enjoy regular trips to the cinema.
