GDC no. 68379 He is a conscientious, trustworthy and an ethical dental practitioner. His gentle and friendly approach is reassuring and calming, especially for those who are anxious about dental treatment.
- Dr Ravi GathaniDentist
GDC NO. 245881 He qualified from the prestigious Guy’s King’s St Thomas’ in London in 2013. He i has always been keen to come back to his home-town Northampton to practice as a general dentist. He thoroughly enjoyed his years in London and was lucky to be mentored by some of the best dentists in the country teaching modern, contemporary and especially minimally invasive dental techniques and is excited to put his skills into practice.
- Diane WrightDental Hygienist
Diane qualified as a Dental Hygienist in H.M. Services (Army) in 1985. She worked both as a Servicewoman and then as a Civilian Dental Hygienist, leaving the Service to start a Family. Both of her Sons are now grown up and have flown the nest. In early 2000’s, she ‘fitted’ in Higher Education (Applied Social Science Degree) into her working and Family life, She has since followed a few different Career paths until she returned to Dental Hygiene as her vocation in 2012.
- Dr Rajesh GoelDermatologist
Rajesh is working as a senior Dermatologist at Milton Keynes university Hospital for the last 9 years. He is a member of the British Association of Dermatologists and fully accredited by the General medical council. Rajesh obtained his degree in India in 1995 and subsequently did a postgraduate diploma in dermatology followed by MD in dermatology. His special interest is in skin cancer Surgery mainly over the head and neck and also has extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of diseases of the skin hair and nails. He loves his work and enjoys helping people to keep their skin beautiful and healthy.
- Dr Robert CopeDentist
Dr Cope qualified from Birmingham Dental Hospital in 1992. He carries out Routine Dentistry and Oral Surgery. He also worked in a local Oral Surgery department. In 1998 he gained a certificate in Restorative Dentistry from St Ann’s in Manchester. He also has successfully completed an Implant Dentistry course.
- Mr Raj PatelDentist
Raj Patel supports our practice for Dental Implant Surgery (along with Sedation Treatment). He qualified from Sheffield Dental School with Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in 1992. He then completed his Vocational Training in General Dental Practice. Over the years Raj’s experience in General Dentistry instigated his interest in full mouth restoration and reconstruction, leading him to later develop skills in Orthodontics (braces),Dental Occlusion (how teeth bite together), Dental Implant Surgery and Cosmetic Dental Surgery. To advance his surgical skills Raj worked in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Dundee Dental Hospital, where he gained his Fellowship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (FDSRCS) in 1998 from the Royal college of Surgeons in Edinburgh. This involved treating injuries for the head and neck region.
- Chetna KotechaReceptionist
Chetna started working at the practice in the role of a dental receptionist in Sept 2000. She is an asset to the Practice with extensive dental experience gained from working in reception as well as nursing over years. Her hard working nature and commitment to the development of her role along with enthusiasm to life-long learning, has encouraged her to undertake courses such as: NVQ III in Dental Nursing, Diploma in Practice Management and The New trainers course by Oxford Deanery. She has brought this experience to Harlestone Road Dental Practice and runs the Practice with great attention to detail and efficiency. Her exceptional people skills, empathetic nature and warm personality are integral in providing patients with overall good customer service, care and understanding. All our long-standing patients are very familiar with her friendly face and she is the first port of call for any concerns or sharing their experiences at Harlestone Road Dental Practice.
- DonnaDental Nurse
Donna is involved in dentistry since 2004, however took a break between 2010 to 2012 to raise family Donna joined the practice in 2012. Having qualified as a dental nurse in 2006 year, she obtained the National Certificate in Dental Nursing. With her wealth of experience Donna is knowledgeable and practised in answering any question regarding all aspects of dentistry. She has a vast knowledge of all aspects of dentistry due to working in the surgery and behind the desk. Donna’s exceptional ability of caring for patients and putting them at ease is her major strength.
- IvanaDental Nurse
Ivana started to work for Harlestone Road Dental Practice in March 2013 and then attended NVQ Level 3 in Dental Nursing. Since then, she has gained a lot of new experience, skills and knowledge in dental environment and improved her personal skills.
- MiriamDental Nurse
Miriam joined Harlestone Road Dental Practice in December 2014. She has since then been working towards completing her apprenticeship in Dental Nursing which will enable her to be a fully qualified Dental Nurse. Since working within our practice, her knowledge in dentistry has expanded profusely and is still growing every day. Miriam is extremely passionate about her duties and always ensures our patients are happy, relaxed and comfortable. Miriam very much puts her heart into her role and always cares for our patients to the best of her ability.
- RubinaReceptionist
Rubina has joined our practice in January 2016 and is working towards completing apprenticeship in Business and Administration. Rubina has learned a lot in a short period of time and enjoys all aspects of her role, especially interacting with the patients, caring for their needs and helping the team members. Once completing her apprenticeship, Rubina is passionate to further develop her skill range and become more involved in clinical aspects of dentistry. Rubina is fluent in English as well Bengali and this is very reassuring to many our patients especially with Bengali as their first language.

Wilhelmina joined Harlestone Road Dental Practice in September 2015, Wilhelmina is your first point of contact when you come into the practice but although her main duties are on Reception she is also a GDC registered dental Nurse. She qualified as a Dental Assistant in America in 2003, moved back to the UK in 2011 and became registered with the GDC in 2012. Wilhelmina takes pride in her role and especially enjoys helping Anxious Patients feel more at ease.

Swati joined Harlestone Road Dental Practice in March, 2013 and since then she has become an indispensable part of our team. She has grown into an extremely conscientious, affable character that always goes an extra mile in providing a calm and serene environment for our patients.
