Jin', qualified at Newcastle Dental School in 1990 where he worked as a house officer before joining St Michael’s as an associate in 1991. He became the Principal Dentist at the Practice in 2006. Jin is committed to providing a high quality of dental care, he has attended many post graduate courses including a yearlong aesthetics course at Manchester, where he gained a Certificate in Cosmetic Dentistry, an eighteen month long course in implant dentistry at Sheffield Dental Hospital and he has a Diploma in Implant Dentistry from the University of Gothenburg. Jin also has advanced training in the administration of [Treatment name removed], [Treatment name removed] and maintains a special interest in all aspects of facial, cosmetic and implant dentistry. Jin will always provide you with highest quality of care and has a friendly approach to keep you at ease during your visit.
- Dr Robert HetheringtonDentist
Robert qualified from Newcastle Dental School in 2011 , he is the newest member of the dental team, joining St. Michaels in 2013. Robert has worked in James Cook Hospital in the Maxillofacial Surgery department, within general practice in Durham and also as part of the Community Dental Service where he gained experience treating patients with greater needs. Roberts special interests lie in paediatric and restorative dentistry, and treating nervous patients. He is a tutor within the Faculty of Dental Practitioners for the MJDF diploma which he gained in 2013. Robert will provide you with quality dental care in a calm, patient and pain free manner.

Graham qualified from Newcastle Dental School in 2005 and has been in general practice since. He joined St Michaels in 2007 and his special interests are restorative and aesthetic dentistry, he has completed advanced courses in Restorative and practical restorative dentistry. Graham is also very keen on Clear Aligner Orthodontics, which involves the use of invisible braces to straighten and improve misaligned teeth. He also has BSc in biology which he gained at Newcastle and gained the MJDF diploma of the Royal College of Surgeons in 2010. Graham will provide you with quality care and has a caring, friendly manner to help make your visit a pleasant one.
